Shipping information
Processing Time: Online orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC and take 1 to 2 business days to process, in addition to the delivery times mentioned below. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.
Orders paid by cheque or money order are held for processing and may take an additional 14 business days to allow for clearance of funds.
Shipping time: The estimates below do not include the 1 to 2 business days for processing. Shipping time begins when your package is with Canada Post. We process & ship orders daily, except weekends and statutory holidays in Canada. All shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed by the postal service.
Shipping within Canada
All orders within Canada are shipped via Expedited service, which delivers the next business day locally, 1-3 business days regionally, and 2-7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days if you are located outside of these major centres.
Shipping to the United States
Orders sent to the USA are shipped by US Expedited, unless requested differently. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice may arrive with your parcel or follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Shipping to International Destinations
Many international destinations are now receiving improved airmail service via Canada Post Xpresspost International. For countries and delivery times visit the Canada Post website.
Approximately 14-28 business days, via International Air. Orders going to international destinations are shipped by air mail. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
